Mechanical, electrical & plumbing maintenance services
- Maintenance services for all buildings are provided by technicians through shifts and scheduled visits
- SBC running and maintains all electrical and mechanical engineering systems
- Creating preventive maintenance program
- Supplying spare parts for corrective action
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports on maintenance process
